We are using the "Intel(R) PRO/1000 Network Connection" cards in the Dell 3660 - seem to work without issue, although they really want both sides to be running in auto.

Especially that link! So I'm considering the Dell 2850s. Anyone have any personal experience? Also, do you know if it will support the Intel Quad GB cards mentioned earlier? SPLAT lists the NICs as supported, but Dell only sells dual GB Intel cards, not the quad. I can buy them somewhere else, just wanted to make sure it's supported.
