Did your IP440 come with the disk mirroring option?
If so, you need to activate the mirror (change to master l think).

Are you getting the bootmgr> prompt? Can you access the BIOS?
If you can get into the BIOS and you're not getting the prompt for the bootmgr then you probably need a new drive from Nokia.
