SecurePlatform Pro is just for the "advanced routing features."
Apparently it is licensed from some other company and Check Point is
passing that cost onto the customer. That's what I've heard from the
various CP people I know.

I run NGX splat (not pro, just normal splat) on a hyperthreading CPU. Splat
shows it as two CPUs and it works fine. I don't think you need splat pro to
support multpile CPUs.
