What is the web link to the website which allows Checkpoint Certified personnel to access this resource? I cannot find it on Checkpoint Site.

Go into the Access Benefits section, Resources and Technical Resources. Obviously I can't email it to anyone because of where it's at, but I'm sure your reseller could get you a copy. It's titled Backwards Compatibility and Cross Protections and is dated 01-apr-2005.
