Hi Eamonn, thank you very much for your reply. I already did that before asking everyone in this forum. The Sun cluter patch comes with 113713-19 so I did "patchrm 113713-19" and then rebooted the box afterward. Well, the installation of Providder-1 NG with AI R55 went ok but near the end of the installation, I got core dump (segmentation faulted). My thought is to use Provider-1 on SPLAT but I have a spare Sun Ultra 60 that I thought it may be useful as a test Provider-1 for me. I've done numerous Provider-1 NG with AI R55 installation without major issues until yesterday. Most of the time, I just do "patchrm 113713-18" and that will do the trick. Apparently, stupid Sun/Checkpoint update the cluster patch and now I have issues. If you have anymore ideas, please let me know. As always, TIA. cisco4ng
