I totally agree with everyone's comments on this subject.  I just have problems 
with
  Nokia pulling stunts like this one when they know for sure that the IP130 
will have 
  serious issues with NGx.

NGX is very memory hungry. so even with a faster cpu (like the 400mhz in
the ip265) you won't get much.

doing a free -m on a linux machine that's just an enforcement point,
shows something like:

total used free shared buffers cached
Mem: 498 403 94 0 50 183
-/+ buffers/cache: 169 328
Swap: 1004 0 1004

with the smartcenter on, 1GB of ram is absolute minimum for decent
performance.
