Anyway, do you have any "official" documentation to back up your claims?
Not that I don't believe you, just that my client will eventually ask for

Well, the way VRRP is implemented in Nokia you can not put a Cisco device 
and a Nokia together to form a VRRP router. You may see it work in a lab 
if the moon is in the right phase, and you have just clicked you heals 3 
times. But it is not supported and expected to fail in fact.

If you mean: Can you run 2 Nokia's with VRRP (please go for monitored 
cicuits!!!) and 2 Cisco routers on top of that so each of them is a 
redundant set?

Then the answer is yes. Just make sure you VRRP identifiers are unique per 
set or you will see yesterdays lunch hitting the fan.
