Yes, but you're not seeing what happens if the LAN interface on either the Cisco or Nokia goes down. That is the purpose of VRRP/HSRP.

ED, i think that you have to configure two different static routes with different priorities on your cisco gw and use that as your default gw (usually the frame relay could be an issue), so when the wan interface goes down the route which point to the wan interface disappear and the traffic goes through the nokia.
