VRRP is not an open standard. In fact it's existance as RFC is debatable at best. VRRP is buried under patents. The head of the actual RFC tells you it is only a document after the fact.

You need a dynamic routing solution and NOT VRRP! It is that simple. If you can not access the Nokia knowledgebase I am afraid you are out of luck here.
