I would very much like to see that vmstat output here. But in my
experience a Nokia with an average of around 50% idle is pushing it with
Check Point software installed.
But if you did not intend to work towards a solution then feel free not
not to reply or not to act on the suggestions. I am not the one having a
problem.
Debugging with your load figures will not work. That is likely to add to
your problem.
