I have a serious issue regarding a Nokia FW1 IP350, the hard drive is dead.
Now the device will not boot, because there is not OS or hard drive. I was

find the operating system CD.

Is there a way to download this software to install it into the
appliance?... Is there anyone how has experience the same thing like me?

Without a valid Nokia support contract you are not allowed to do so. You need to do this through Nokia or not at all according to your end-user license.

There are ranges of hard drives listed as poor and they should have been replaced allready but as you seem to be out of reach of Nokia support no one was able to have you check the system before hand to prevent disaster.

I guess this system is not critical in any way and you have all the time in the world to fix it at your leisure?
