You will need to get your licenses re-issued from Checkpoint as NG AI licenses aren't compatible with NGX, Just login to your Checkpoint account, change them to NGX and then download.
Also what are you running it on? If it is Nokia then check for IPSO compatibility, if I remember correctly you will need at least IPSO 3.9 but you will need to confirm this.
