Yes. We had that with carriers who use lossy compression for data to safe bandwith. Thats ok for users surfing the web and the grafics are a bit reduced in quality. Its bad for encrypted data since it is not valid anymore. Talk to the carrier if theres a different APN for VPN without compression. Hope this helps.
