I cannot agree more. It has been so confusing for me that I have been holding off going to R70 for over a year now. I was told by CP that R70 can be used with the R65 license but to go to R70.20 or .30 I will need to upgrade to the blade license. Has this changed and only R71 and beyond requires the new license?
