I'm assuming you don't have hardware support for the Nokia's, as this
procedure will void your warranty, but then if you had the warranty, the
drive would be replaced under warranty.
I don't know much about the IP 390, but if it has a USB port and a
CDROM, and you can tolerate some downtime, you can shutdown the
functioning IP 390, and could boot off of a knoppix or other linux
rescue CD, and then DD ("dd if=/dev/sda (or whatever the good disk is
on) of=/dev/sdb (new disk)" the running flash drive to a another drive
(attached to the USB port) that will work in that model of Nokia.
You'll then have to place the new drive into the non-working Nokia, boot
and reconfigure the system with the IPSO and Checkpoint info of the old
system.
If it does not have a USB or CDROm, then you'll have to take the drive
out the good system, and put both drives into a 3rd system to perform
the dd. Ensure you identify the disks correctly as the /dev/sd? devices,
or you could easily wipe the good drive, and lose everything.
