An IP-390 always has flash.

The following procedure is unsupported and perhaps illegal.

 1. Open the unit
 2. take out the good flash card.
 3. Stick it in a Linux system and use dd to create a verbatim image of
the card and all the partitions on it.
 4. Buy a new flash and fill it with the copy from step 4
 5. Stick the new flash card into the faulty unit.

If these steps are too complicated then don't even start. I know it works
as I have actually done this but it requires one is familiar with Linux and
have the proper hardware to read and write flash cards on a Linux system.

However there may be another hardware failure and this might not actually
solve the issue. It will only solve an issue with a corrupt/defective flash
card.

Can you show us the exact output on the console?

Hugo.

PS: Don't bother to ask for exact commands in private email.
