I have restarted the KVM the other connected servers also work. Didnt rebooted the firewall cause its the production one and will interrupt the traffic. I just had a chance to write 1 character on the console prompt in the morning and had a username entering on the ssh but it didnt gone well.
The firewall is serving well i mean the internet connection is going on (not so sure about the vpn tunnels) And for general what are your interrruption policies about firewall? how do you react at these situations ( do you easily reboot how your management react or recommend).
