I have 2 calls open with Checkpoint. My experience is that they work hard to correct the problem, but are very quick to try to close it. I have had to reopen problems twice. They have a 30 day period in which you can reopen problems. They will stay on top of the problem and will escalate to the next level of support if it is beyond the skill of the level it is in. One of my problems has been escalated to third level support.
