This must have been posted before but you don't need to fwstop/start firewall to delete the host list. You can use: #fw tab host_table -x and verify with yes to delete host list. You should also delete the fwd.h and fwd.hosts files
fw lichosts : shows all the hosts in table but would be time consuming, #fw tab -t host_table -s shows total number of hosts briefly.
