I just created a workstation object with the IP address of, for example, 255.255.255.255 or 10.255.255.255, and then created a rule that says anything destined for that object, drop with no log.
Seems to have worked for me, ymmv.

Subject: [FW1] Broadcast objects
My firewall is dropping broadcast traffic (d*mn MS :).
How do I create a broadcast object so I can stop
logging all of this traffic?
