What kind of box is this?
On Sun, you'll see that rdisc(ICMP
router discovery) and routed(dynamic route daemon) are
running. Create /etc/defaultrouter with gw IP
and reboot(easy way.) This keeps them from loading.
For the NetBx crap, add rule to throw it away - unlogged.
