Sounds like a memory leak. Run perfmon.exe for a few days and watch the
memory and CPU to see if usage steadily climbs. Just before it crashes you
should be able to identify the culprit in the task monitor.

If it's not obvious, you can also schedule a reboot every other day with
an AT script. Rainwall S-1 would prevent that reboot from disrupting any
traffic sessions.
