Suppose you created controller foo with the cli tool but then you changed your mind. I don't suppose there's way to 'zf delete controller foo' so that .zfproject.xml will stay in sync with reality. Or is there? Meanwhile... delete it manually and don't worry about .zfproject.xml? Or... bleh... update it by hand?
