Maybe the solution that is the shortest under:

  perl -e "length qx( perl -MO=Deparse tsanta.pl )"

(Written in Windows-ese. :p) Or maybe use number of opcodes generated
instead. At least that way it's objective.

I'm sorry I missed this competition... But it's japhy's post about it on
Perl Monks that brought me here, so it's still a good thing. I anxiously
await the next one!
