Don't let that automated web script bully you! If your adapter is the 
"Macintosh PowerBook 45W AC Adapter, Model Number: M4402." then it needs 
to be replaced, so call them up and insist they replace it.

Also, when calling, be sure to get the name and extension of whoever you 
talk to. If they give you a hard time, ask for their manager.
