I'm wondering if Apple has somehow re-engineered the Yo-Yo adapter with
heavier gauge wiring and is sending these out as replacements for the
Wallstreets as well as the Pismo's that have the older Yo-Yo's.
I wish that article on Power Book Source's website was still available.
There was commentary from several folks who had to send back their Yo-Yo
adapter because of shorting out, burns, broken wires. One person had
received a replacement with heavier gauge wiring and when that broke,
received another with even heavier wiring.
That article really was there... not a figment of my imagination. I found
it from a link on MacSurfer's Headline News.
