That is a common problem.  It is hard to troubleshoot.  It is one of 3
boards.

1.  PMU board.
2.  Power Supply Card
3.  Charge Card.

In that order.  I have done this shoot about 20 times and most of the times
it is the PMU board.  Is the machine still under warranty?  Call Apple and
ask for the registration date.  It doesn't matter if you bought it used. If
it's under 1 year old they will fix it.
