As a reseller of sorts, I've experienced some issues with Powerlogix, on a handfull of upgrade cards.
All cards were returned to them, and ALL have been replaced. It has been slow for one or two, but it is acceptable (or has been in my situations). Please understand also that every minute they spend reading (AND RESPONDING TO) an irate customer is a minute they DO NOT HAVE to work on processors. PowerLogix is not the size of Amoco, and unless I'm an idiot, I doubt seriously that they have the capital to hire a whole new staff to deal with this issue. And I'm equally sure that they, just like everyone else involved, hopes this is resolved asap.. My $.02... Thanks, David www.ibookparts.com ____________________ In a message dated 5/13/02 12:04:20 PM, you wrote: >>Other World Computing had the G4 upgrades a few days ago (from >>PowerLogix, iirc).
