Same answer for anyone looking for a computer: buy as much as you can afford. Your budget is a crucial piece of missing data here. ALL of them can run Photoshop, can have a lot of RAM, room for a CDR and a disk drive. Do you need SCSI or not? If not, you don't need to look at the earlier models which have it, just the latest ones with firewire. Do you need dual-monitor capability? If not, then a current iBook could well suit your needs. They're the fastest G3 powerbooks, and you have the advantage of getting something current, like with a warrantee and all ;-) If you do want dual monitors a Firewire powerbook is what you're looking for.
