I just got cable internet installed today....well I shouldn't say
installed exactly, but there is a wire poking out of the wall! The
installer had said I had to call tech support because they couldn't
leave me a cd since I have a mac. I called tech support to see how to
get online and they just said they would send a technician out. When I
said I could probably do it myself if they would just give me a few
tips, they said to type "sas.r4.attbi.com" in my brower url field and
try to register online. As you may guess, I got an "unable to connect"
window. Do I really have to have someone come to the house to get
connected? Oh, by the way, this is ATT Broadband. Thanks,
Kate
