Hmm... Awhile back in the paper I read that 4 kids were taken into custody for beating another 13 year old to death. When interviewed, the parents said, "Really, she's a good girl." Parents always say that. When you become emotionally attached to something, you look for the good in it- sometimes to the point that you blind yourself to its faults. Apple computers (not as much anymore, granted) seem to engender an emotional response in a lot of people. Sure, it may have major, major issues, but they love it and it's =their= wacked out piece of hardware, so they overlook all of that.
