How they would not answer my questions, and eventually cancelled my mac.com account after I had purchased the full .mac service... I was just reconciling my bank account, and guess what....They gave me a refund, even though I paid with a credit card, and the small print said no refunds given to credit card purchases. I don't know if it was out of the kindness of their heart, or if me contacting my bank had anything to do with it. I had contacted them and told them about it. That I had bought without receiving the "goods" that was promised, namely the support. Either way, I have my refund, and I am satisfied. The refund was given on the 29th of July, but I am just now realizing it was there. Yes, I have been putting reconciliation off for some time ;) >> -- G-Books is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
