I forgive Apple, but I still would have no value from .Mac, so I 
probably wouldn't get one. I mean, I would have kept my original one 
just for the convenience of not having to change my email address , but 
since I already did I won't go back.

The only feature I would use from .Mac would be the email, that is why 
I say it would hold no value for me. It's not that I don't mind 
spending money. Here is what I currently pay:

$54.99/month for cable ISP (includes email and news and dial up access)
$9/month my usa.com email account (10 Megs space)
$13/month for my supernews.com news account
$10/month earthlink dial up ISP (redundant internet access incase 
Roadrunner goes down)

All these purchases mean something to me, and get used regularly.
