I know this is not a tech question or post, but felt you should know about this, especially if you are considering the upgrade. I live in Toronto, sent my pismo to OWC on August 28, they sent it to Newer Tech in Wichita Kansas. I still have not received my book back. I have been in touch with OWC almost daily, they have been good to me but Newer Tech hasn't returned my emails or OWC's phone calls.
