I got one about one year ago from <http://www.powerbookguy.com/duo.html> and happened to get a new Rev. F for about $60. It looks like the new boards have gone up a bit, but a used one is going for about $40. I'm not affiliated with the site/merchant, I've just been happy with what I've purchased from him.
