How does one know if the cache memory is being recognized? or not?

My System Profiler always shows this:

Memory overview
Disk cache:    8160K
Virtual memory:    321 MB
Used on volume:    Mitchell Manor
Built-in memory:    320 MB
Number of empty RAM slots: 0 ()
        Location        Size    Memory type
        J3/BOTTOM                    64 MB            DIMM
        J1/TOP                    256 MB            DIMM
Video memory:    8 MB    Built-in display in use
Backside L2 cache:    512K
