I don't know about brands, though you could probably go to www.otherworldcomputing.com or a similar mac-related online store to get some choices. If waking from sleep does present itself as an issue, remember that PCMCIA cards are hot-swappable, so you can just eject it before sleeping the computer if it gives you some sort of sleep-of-death thing.
