The Pismo battery is very easy to dismantle and reassemble with no
damage, just peal one sticker and squeeze the white plastic pieces with
a screw driver, to close it just press both parts together. The cells
are easy to replace for someone with a soldering iron. We just need to
find a source for Li-Ion cells.
 Any clues anyone?

Well, if it's that easy, I'm all for it! I just have this dead pack that I don't use anymore.

So, anybody has suggestion for Li-Ion cells?

Some questions--

1- Has anyone asked Batteries Plus or similar store (USA)?

2- Is there any danger in messing with Li-on cells? They are said to be risky in some respects.

3- Anyone care to post diagrams on how to open the various batteries (I have a wallstreet paperweight)?
