Yep, I've the full AP extension set installed. However the Silver card/AP 
slot doesn't appear on the desktop as it normally does when 'driven' by 
the "AirPort PC Card" extension but is 'available' to the AP sw just like 
a 'real' AP card.

Drew, you have the HW and the Silver card slips in easily, try it 
yourself! :-) Of course you can't put the KB into place but it works well 
enough for testing.

I tried this so's I could flash my Silver cards via the 2.0.3 AP 
installer to 128bit WEP ability. I cannot say if it actually did the 
trick as I don't actually use WEP of _any_ bits.
