I had the same problem with my Pismo on one of the many times I had the keyboard off and could not see anything wrong with the way it was put back on the Laptop. After quite a few tries, it suddenly fit perfectly, so there was some obstruction somewhere that was causing the problem, and I would bet that it is the same here. Check everything under the keyboard to see if it is sticking up further than normal.
