I was just pointing it out FYI...... thing since some people are not aware of it. I use Acrobat 6 Pro. for PC and OS X
I password protect and lock all PDF's I create. And like you said I don't want any one fiddling with em'.

If a pdf is locked and password protected - there's a reason for that - they don't want the contents fiddled with. I might be wrong, but I don't remember the original poster saying the pdf, they were referring to, was password protected and locked.
