They sell used for about $450-600, so its sorta in that up for grabs range. Parting it out you could probably come out OK, just what is broke? If you are willing to part it out you could offset the cost of a new one quite well I would think. I do my own repair work, and pending on what was broke ... could go either way.

Now, here is a dilemma that I face. I have an IceBook 500 that probably needs to be repaired at a cost of around $300US. Would you repair or simply sell for scrap and purchase a new IceBook? Thank you.
