TurboTax [formerly MacinTax years ago] by Intuit and TaxCut [by a company whose name I don't recall] are both available. I know that TurboTax runs in 9 still, I don't know if TaxCut is OS X only or not.

Sorry if this is not 100% related to powerbooks (I have a pismo, though).

As a recent resident of the USA, the time is coming again to do that harrowing task known as 'tax return'. Last year I paid an exorbitant sum to get it done by a "professional" who seemed to just type the numbers into a PC and spit out the returns.

Are there any recommendations for any Macintosh (OS9) software to do the same task. There seems to be a wealth of stuff for the PC with pricing all over the place? Does it do both federal and state (Massachusetts)?

TIA,
Pete
