Thats great to know if you go to the spec sheet or macTracker it does 
not talk about that  if that is right  I might move up to one of the 
ibooks  instead of the Pismo  I use the DVD part alot  and I like 
panther . right now I have Lombard 400   I have used VLC but still a 
little choppie when you play back a DVD so I put 9.2  on and use the 
apple player just DVD play back  then boot back to Panther for all my 
other stuff now VLC works great SVCDs

Hmm. My 700 Icebook has a dongle that gives S-video out, as well as 
composite. Also a dongle for VGA output.....
