Hi Claire,

Of course, I think the 17" powerbook would be =way= cool, I couldn't imagine lugging it around with me all the time. Right now, I have a G3-Wallstreet with a 14" display and it's completely adequate for all my needs. I also have a 12" peecee notebook and, while usable, the screen is just a little too small.
If my Wallstreet were to give up the ghost, I would probably look at the 14" iBook or the 15" Powerbook.

Just my thoughts...

Has anyone bought a 17" powerbook, only to find that it's too big to be practical? I'm still shopping, and as much as I took my blueberry iMac everywhere, I'm sure my powerbook will literally go everywhere with me. I also learned from an article, possibly on LEM or linked from there, of the guy that bought a 12" iBook for that purpose, so he could leave his other PB at home.

Thanks, Claire
