I'd only use Internet Exploder if it was the last browser on the planet! Mozilla Firefox or Netscape are a far better choice. Personally, I find them both to be faster than Safari too, especially Firefox. Before you do anything drastic (like going back to the security nightmare that is IE!), try repairing permissions.

Thanks JR, but I already repaired permissions, and I've been using IE since it was released on Mac. Everyone knows that anything Microsoft puts out for Mac is usually better than they're PC versions. Anyway, because of that, I don't "think" like the Mozilla based browsers. For example, I call my favorite websites "favorites". . .not "bookmarks". Personally, the latter makes more sense to me. Also, on the the security issue, check all the sites, including cnet.com that discuss the security flaws for IE. While it's a high security risk for the PC world, it's just fine for Mac. . .always has been. Hmmmm. . .what does that say about Microsoft? :)
