Well, on my Pismo, that's what happen. If the battery has been fully
discharged, then you don't get all 4 lights but only one. When the battery
charges, then another light turns on until it's fully charged. It lets you
check the charging process without having to turn the computer on. Like I
said, that's what I've seen with removable batteries on Wallstreet and
Pismo.
