I don't think any clamshell iBook ever came with a stock combo drive.  
The only(?) options were cd-rom or dvd-rom. And the Key Lime was  
available in 466mhz SE. 366mhz was Indigo or Key Lime and 466mhz SE was  
Graphite or Key Lime.
