Hello, I have just suscribed today and hope to find some help for my newly acquired Powerbook G3, I think it's called a "Lombard" as it has a bronze keyboard and 400Mhz.
I won it off ebay...and it came with OSX but no disks. I really don't want OSX as all my programs work just fine for me in 8.6. I want to erase the pb and clean install the 8.6. except I can't get the pb to boot off the cd. any help from any mac/god out there? or some shop I might drive to for help.
