I do not have a Wallstreet, but I do have a Kanga and two 3400c, all
running OS 9.1.  In their Apple System Profilers, the Location and
Size of RAM modules are clearly shown under "Memory Overview."  I
would be surprised if such information is not provided for the
Wallstreet.
